PROCESS
In every project it is important to have a system, developed to make it run smoothly. This is the process we follow. First we have the initial meeting with the client where we get to know one another and thier thoughts on the home. At this meeting we explore ideas, designs, materials, budgets, and fees. Second we discuss prints. We can either use a print that you have or we can work together on a set of drawings that reflect your personality. Once the drawings are complete we will meet to discuss material selections for the project. We will be there to assist with every interior and exterior selection. Next we will prepare a final bid, which normally takes about three weeks. After which we meet to discuss pricing, and scheduling. If revisions are needed we will meet again, otherwise we will sign contracts and begin to build.
